TVR Chimaera in Bump (Neath)?

Coming around the Llandarcy roundabout at Neath (Jct 43) yesterday approximatley 4:45pm, I seen a burgundy Chimaera waiting to pull out of the Llandarcy back road, not paying to much attention as its a tricky roundabout when its busy, I then came to a stop at the following lights and glanced back at the Chim waiting to pull on to the roundabout, Chim then appears to mount the kerb and so does the car behind, I assume he had been rear ended 
Anyone here? Or know who it is? I think it may have had aftermarket wheels on although it was a very brief look at the car, there was also a bright yellow Lotus Elise S1 coming round the same time - he would have had a better look at the incident than me.
