I thought I spotted the two of you as well, you were heading towards the ‘horse shoe’ car park as we just set off, it did bring a smile to my face seeing a fantastic 911RS that usually are hiding away in collections smile

Sounds like a few of you were up there on sunday. What time do you guys meet up. I drove up from Cardiff and wild camped by a resevoir a few miles from the main road. Woke up early and hit the roads at around 6.45 expecting to catch the PH run. From the roundabout where the duel lane ends and the proper roads start (where the heads of the valleys roads crosses the a470) I had a clear run right over the mountains with no cars, right past the storey arms, past the biker layby (horseshoe?) and down toward Brecon. I turned back and came back over and took the left at the reservoir to cut over the moors. I saw a handfull of cars and had a great run. Once my camping buddies were up we went back upto the horseshoe and saw a few ph'ers. By that time though the roads were busy with police, bikes, cyclists and slow drivers. I really recommend getting an early start.

Were you in the layby with us before we left?

I saw the clio cup and the e30.. nice. We were very lucky with the traffic - had many miles of virtually traffic free driving. An early start might be a good thing for the next one though I agree.
