Decent Accountants in S. Wales?

Can anyone recommend a good accountant in the area? Someone who can offer "good advice" (wink, wink) on all tax/employment issues, as well as keeping my books all in order.

Not necessarily looking for a "cheap" accountant, just one that will be worth their fee

I went through 3 accountants in my first year of business as I didn't trust a lot of the advice. After I found one that could offer solid tax advice and also take care of all book keeping, I've stuck with him ever since.

Have used Lewis Ballard in Pentwyn for the last 9 years. Came highly recommended, not the cheapest but they are good.
