That's grim!
Can't help directly, but will ask our neighbours (BiB car pound/Plod recovery) to keep an eye or two out.
Hope you get sorted. Al.

Not good news. Surprised they didn't grab the Porsche alloys as well. Will keep an eye out whilst on my travels.

Bad news! Really hate to see this sort of thing happening!!

I guess if they get caught at least the UK judicial system will hit them hard, really get their comeuppence, 20hours community service should make them think twice - next time!!

Hope you get your gear back soon.

Tpot,

Sorry to hear about the raid, I can't see the pictures at the moment as I'm in work but I'll have a look later and show them to my brother in law he spends alot of time doing motocross and knows plenty of people who have these types of vehicles etc, I'm sure he'll keep an eye out for them.

Do you know what vehicle they used to do the ram raid? If it was stolen,(probably) and where from, could give you an idea where to look.

it was an L reg automatic honda civic, stolen from gorseinon but the police also think they used a stolen van from townhill area to move the stuff, though they have no evidence of this as yet, but the vehicles were moved away in something

All I can say is wow! you must be gutted Martin! I know what its like to have items stolen, Iv had thousands of pounds worth of trailers nicked, £5k worth of security lighting, gennies, strimmers etc. My advice would be to get in touch with as many shady types as possible (in my area its the drug users), put the word down that your looking for something - and as long as your guy is in the right area, the chances of finding it are high. The more people in shady locations the better. I have recovered two trailers & numerous bits of kit using this technique, Also keep an eye on Gumtree, ebay, Ad-Trader etc for at least 6 months if you dont come across them...

My guess would be that everything is still local, after visiting your unit I would suggest that it is someone who has parked in the car park behind on more than one occasion and seen inside your unit - each time seeing the buggy & fancied it.
