I used
http://www.aceinstructor.com/

Did my CBT and DAS with them, faultless!
You do the CBT in one day usually, starts off in a large carpark area so you can't do any damage. Once he's happy that you're ok with all the maneuvers you'll go for a little spin around the area and do a few tests, guaranteed pass pretty much.
DAS can take a few more days, I had 3 days because I wanted to make sure I was ready. Quite a bit more to riding a bike than driving a car, lots more to think about and concentrate on.

Oh and get ready to find out how bad lots of car drivers are biggrin

First time in about 5 years, I used to ride an old Ossa 250 when I was about 14-16 but only occasionally. The instructors can usually tell how much training you need after your CBT.

I did my test before the MOD 1+2 crap, I think they are scrapping that though, so happy days!
