The West End Cafe in Llandovery is worth visiting if you are passing through. Very popular with bikers at weekends.

If your idea of 'top minge' is a greasy 18 year old with spots then yes they do.

Agree the baps are good though (bacon variety not the ones attached to the greasy counter girls)

Well in the end I grabbed something from the services just before Newport as I heard about an accident or something on the M48 was a wrecked this morning and needed food ASAP! I have been to the West End Cafe before and would recommend it

I ended up doing this route which was really quiet and the B4520 to Builth was pretty epic with nobody about even if there was a bit of snow at one point! And as a bonus the A4069 was pretty much dead and it felt like I had it to myself, ideal!

Billmy you did some miles on the weekend. I normally do a run up to breacon and on similar roads up there great roads to have a bit of fun. Arent there any good roads done where you are. Although there are better roads the further north you go but takes a long time to get up to some of wales best roads.

Exmoor is good out of tourist season and in the week, but Dartmoor theres the 40 limit and the rest of the roads are ten times busier than in Wales. Im bored of roads around here now and I literally get held up everywhere I go, and that isnt that fast!

I will probably go back up again when the days pull out a bit and theres more time to go up to north Wales again smile
