caerphilly woods - anyone know the place?

just curious really what they're like. looking for new places to go running in the local-ish area which isn't all on road! any idea how big they are, and am i right in saying they're here...?

looking to be running about 12 miles or so, but don't mind doing a couple of laps, but no more than that really (gets boring doing lots of laps!) so is it possible to make a 6+ mile route in there?

I go mountain biking around there from time to time.

There's loads of woods around here. Coed Coesau Whips / Caerphilly Woods / The Ridgeway above the mountain all connect up so there's a fair bit.
