Anyone know if there is anything to do in Swansea for a 2 year old? I might find myself down there in a few weeks time but I don't know if it's worth taking the little'un?

Will you be doing the activities with the nipper or are you looking for a creche type arrangement?

Gower Peninsula - it'll be cold but they'd probably enjoy the rock pools near Worms Head.

If its raining (its swansea so it probably will be) try Playzone

http://www.theplayzone.co.uk/playzone-swansea/swan...

if you can ignore the usual chav that takes its offspring there you'll have fun.

Or the leisure center just been revamped a year or so ago

also there is the chocolate factory

Excellent suggestions chaps, thanks very much. The chocolate factory has perked Mrs Doobs Too's ears up.

They hire bikes from the council offices I think (by the Marriot?)? Right on the sea front then its a nice ride up to Verdis for a coffee and back.

World of Play in the Cwmdu Estate off Carmarthen Road is a great place for kids. (I'm biased 'cos I own it)!
There's a mother/toddler area exclusively for 0-3yo and a separate area for older kids. Cafe area with comfy seating for mums & dads.
Open 7 days a week 10am-7pm. Give it a try.

Hi Zollar,
Yes we do childrens parties. All the kids get to play on the play frame, food upstairs in the party room, a character of their choice, ice cream or candyfloss afterwards in the ice cream parlour. Parents have the cafe area to sit in and enjoy. You have no dishes to do or birthday cake trodden into your lounge carpet!!! The kids are exhausted and sleep for the next 12 hrs.... perfect.
Give one of the girls a call on 10792 585490 and they'll let you know the party details.
Postcode is SA5 8JF, Unit 16 Cwmdu Industrial Estate.
Hope you kids enjoy.
