Went and bought a hairdressers woopsy (mx5) and love it, but it came with one key, sticky locks all round, a shagged roof and an immobiliser with only one transponder key thing held together with electrical tape. The fates have transpired to make me poor and unlucky-ish, so its only a matter of time till it brakes or I lose it.

Any suggestions? keep it, swap it or remove it?

is the piece of crap in the car and looks like a bugger to remove. Would it alter my insurance by a lot if it went as well?

eh?

Don't know where you are in South Wales but there's a Mazda specialist local to me. Might be worth a ring for advice on your car?.

id rip it out and start again, if your pretty handy you could easily follow the cables and disconnect.
Ive got the number of a mobile alarm guy in the caerphilly area if you need it.
