Motorsport show at the pontypridd high school on saturday 9th october went last year and was full of evos, scoobys, rs fords. handful of race and rally cars and classic cars, barc with go motorsport, ford motorsport an various other things. Anybody up for going to it this year anything welcome scoobys, evos, fords, let me know. I will be down there with my dad in an mgbgt and my mate in a mk2 rs2000 and his brother in a clio v6 anybody interested

Quite a lot of us from the subaru club attended last year and have booked in again for this year. Nice to support something local :-)

Thanks for the support, i have noticed on the subaru forums it is also on there, hopefully we can get a max entry of cars aiming at around a 80-100 vehicles to fill the school grounds up would be brilliant

I might have to roll up there for this. Even though I own a cammed V8, I love the turbo 4 cylenders like the Sti's and Evo's....... The AWD in those things are awesome.......

So this event is Saturday October 9th, 2010? Time?

The event is on october 9th 2010 show is between 11.00-16.30 so if you want to show your car in the show arrive before 11.00 anything is welcome not just the turbo 4 cylinders what v8 do you have by the way

Cheers we have good interested already 20 cars from scooby net, 6 cars and counting from cymraeg scooby club, 3 from south wales fords, 6 from welsh fords, several evos, 2 clio v6, several mk1 and mk2 escorts about 20 classic cars so very interesting ones aswel, ian the organsiers will probably get the go motorsport scheme down there again, ford motorsport we are getting more and more cars and other companies going every week so i will keep on updating, liking the car very different from the holden like it a lot ps if there is anybody else that would like to go just spread the word hoping to get a full capicity for the show the more support the better cheers

Sounds like a great mix of cars, perfect! I am definitely going & hope for nice weather....... It will be cool seeing a bunch of different makes of cars in one place.....

Quick update we have a max capacity for the show, 20 cars from scooby net, 10 from cymraeg scoobie club 1 including a subaru cup car from the nippon challenge, 6 cars from mitsuibishi lancer register, 7 from south wales fords, 25 cars of various makes and models from welsh fords,10-15 cars from rs owners club, 10-15 classic cars, several mk1 and 2 escorts from rs2000, rs1800,mexico one with a rally inspired paint job, 2 clio v6, several race and rally cars some might include a jaguar d-typr replica and ford gt40 original, will take to ian to see what he has got to the show this week.
