Hi Kev, yes your red baby is still looking as good as ever (just hit 25k! It's bit of an in joke with the other Lotus boys as to how clean it is everytime I turn up!)
Hope your well and enjoying the Scooby.

I have traced it to the passenger side rad pipe with a bleed value but according to Andy you don't need pipes on both sides with a bleed valve (drivers side also has one albeit a black one, not copper coloured) so I've got the part from EP without one......lot cheaper also.
If you can remember would be grateful for some info so I can pass onto Andy.
Cheers

About 6-7 months into ownership I started getting small spots of coolant on the windscreen during a drive spelling rad failure. The rads have plastic end caps the seal breaks hence the leak,I think its a common problem. As you know I bought the car from the Lotus main stealer Williams so as it was under warranty I took it back, they confirmed a very slight rad leak and replaced the rad under warranty.
All was fine for about a week when I noticed an ever so small coolant leak on the garage floor so again I took it back and this time was told the bleed valve on one of the front pipes and failed, again a new pipe was fitted and I never had an issue after that.
Now I cant recall which pipe failed but I think it was the near side but cant be sure. If the same pipe has failed I guess we are looking at 3 + years ago, my god time flies!!
Looks like you have it all under control and Andy will sort you out he's a great guy :-)

Yes time does fly doesn't it, only seems like yesterday was collecting her form you (and yes you did look sad on the driveway when I looked in mirror. I can see why and I'm sure I will be the same when I sell her but no intention of that yet!)
