Any good recommendations in Cardiff too. My Mesh 6300GS XP-based computer is on it's second blue screen of death and possibly needs another new motherboard. I've already replaced it but it would be ideal for my daughter if it's worth repairing.
I can have a look for if you if you like mate, send me a message if you feel that way inclinedLuS1fer said:

I can give you an excellent recco if you still need it?They will be on your Hard Disk. When you delete, the only thing that gets deleted is the address of the item. As time goes by & you save new stuff on your hard drive those addresses may be used up again & only then will the original stuff be overwritten. The Police typically use software to retrieve 'items' off peoples HDD's that are basically still there even though the HDD's have been formatted. The only thing that gets formatted is the 'address book' or index. That's my understanding of it. To permanently delete it you'd have to physically destroy your HDD & make it magnetically unreadable.

NO as i have emptied the recycle bin, i dont want them back, what im asking are they gone for good now the bin has been emptied
or can someone fixing the pc retrieve them and then get to see photos i dont want him to see?
Your best bet is download something like eraser from http://eraser.heidi.ie/ and run it a few times, whilst technically data is still recoverable after running this, it would take a lot of time, patience and an electron microscope to get anywhere. or can someone fixing the pc retrieve them and then get to see photos i dont want him to see?
So these photos? Good night, was it?
