RACING AT PEMBREY ON THE WEEKEND

Anybody went down pembrey last weekend for the 20th anniversery meeting really good racing and some really nice cars including ex btcc ford mondeo, old lotus race car, 2 audi r8 plus loads more.

Yep, that Mondeo (supertourer) is mega fast and we battled hard in races 1 and 2, think it was about 1 sec between us all races, unfortunately he got taken out on lap 4 of race 3 so I had no competition and and i got my 1st win in the Welsh, if your down again come and say hi, we''re the orange caterham # 51, the race was live on Motors TV on sunday and is still being replayed if anyone wants to watch

That was you in that caterham then thats is a nice piece of kit you got gave that mondeo a good run for its money in the 2nd race really close battle shame about that accident in the 3rd race would have turned out to be at least a 4 way fight you were lucky not to be taken out aswel one of the best races ive seen from the welsh saloon and sports car for a long time, well done aswel for the win you deserved that hope to be down for the truck meeting in august

Yep that was me, car is fantastic,ly quick but just need to get to know it a bit more, race 2 was great fun and I nearly had him a few times but after being knocked off in race 1 and having old tyres I thought better of having a lunge, I would have preferred to win by battling rather than the opposition being taken out but i'll take it If you look at the tv, when the accident happened you can just see my car hitting the apex as they went off left, they all missed be my hundedth's of a second!

When are you next racing at Pembrey. Maybe we can get a few PHers along to support you.
Also would be good to see you at the SW Wales breakfast meet - not far from Pembrey.

Seen the race on Motors TV - was great until the crash. Car looks great on track. Hope to see you there next time.
