Welding Cardiff - Rear arch

Taken the trim off the Golf, found a stty arch. Rather then grind and filler it, i bought a new arch but struggling to find someone to do it, most seem like that can't be bothered because i just want it welded and treated, i will spray it myself.

I take it its either too simple and people cant be arsed or a knightmare job? :O

Oh, its the opposite side to the fuel neck

I've used this guy for a bit of welding. It was just to repair a bracket I had broken, so I can't say how good he is for panel repairs, but he was working on an the shell of an old VW camper when I turned up. Maybe worth a try.
