cheap places to say in/around brecon beacons

hi guys,

i know this is almost a copy of another thread running but unfortunately the places suggested are a little expensive (some seem about £60+ per night). was just wondering about a cheap b&b, a few guys are coming down in a couple of months for a drive and they want somewhere cheap to stay for the night.

any suggestions much appreciated.

not really the brecons but close to.
there are quite a few cheap b&b's in aberdare usually around £18 a night

There are loads of places in Ponty they could stay. They could camp? It really depends on their budget. I think looking for a b and b is a fantastic excuse for going up the Beacons for a drive. LOL
