PACE (Police and Criminal Evidence Act) is ambiguous in that grounds for when in fact it it translates to reasonable grounds. What is reasonable?

I would recommend that you get some good legal advice - would reommend stuart hutton at Hutton's in Cardiff - he got a friend of mine off a drink drive in a similar situation..but I think it was a trumped up charge IMOP
