Please can you recommend me a garage in or around Cardiff

Current GF's Ford Ka is due an MOT but it going to need some work. Problem is she is changing it early next year so want to do the bare minimum to get it through.

Can anyone recommend a person/garage in or near Cardiff that won't take too many deep breaths and give an honest appraisel and do the work? If its more than a few hundred ££s she's going to get the new car earlier but really want to get to the new year if possible.

They chap I normally use is up in the valleys and I don't have time to get the car there over the next few weeks.

I use James Holt & Co on newport road in St Mellons. He's a good honest mechanic and his prices seem resonable.
