I dont think I have ever seen a bus go down the A48, I look at the beautiful road that the a48 is, as it is outside my window! The only time I see them go down it is when they are returning to depot! Stupid pointless road congesting, hole digging, time wasting construction!

Cheers, I did'nt see one today at 8.00am I'm sure they will take advantage of the road works speed limit to scam some more motorists.

I did see a bus the other day, It did'nt look like a cardiff bus one thou.

Time will tell if it was worth it.

I noticed thismorning the buggers have now added a buslane on Newport road, eastbound, from approx Dominion Way all the way to Halfords/Evans Halshaw.

Ive sent CCC an email asking where indeed they actually host information about the planned roadworks and "transport improvements" because i sure cant find anything either planned or happening right now.

Is this to do with that huge 'Park and Ride' being built on the Pentwyn junction Eastern Avenue.

I think so, Its not a bad idea really. If its a decent and cheap park and ride scheme it should be OK for getting to town. Or it could be a huge waste of money and cause missery for motorists!

What exactly is happening on the A48 though?!
I can see they have dug up the centeral reservation, are they making it 6lanes..4cars / 2bus?
