Just wondering if anyone has seen the new cameras near Pont Abraham?? There's about 6 cameras starting from Cross Hands to Pont Abraham, their on very long thin poles, and look more like security cameras. 1 On Cross Hands heading West, and then 2 more on the junctions that cross over the motorway, think they may be traffic cameras, not too sure, wondering if anyone had any info.

Saw these yesterday. On one of them, it says CCTV. There were also a load of bod's in hi-vis jackets sitting around by them in the afternoon. I think they're monitoring the crossings and traffic flow over the carriage way, as they've been erected at the junctions and the roundabouts.

Happy to be corrected if I'm wrong!!

Think Jep is correct, there appeared to be blokes counting cars as they came on to the roundabouts, don't think the new cameras are anything to do with speed but considering the recent accidents near the Cwmgwili turn off, i wouldn't be too sure?

Agree. Was the first time I've been to Le Mans. Think it will become an annual pilgrimage! Maybe next time we have a post so we know what cars to look out for. Did see a few welsh flags about too smile

Ahhh...takes me back. Great vantage point - didnt make it on the wheel. Was tempted by the bungee thingy, but no one else wanted to pay 25 euros...cheap gits! laugh

Anything else happening where I can sticker up the car? I did them all using magnetic sheet, so I can use them over and over again and apply them in 2mins. Plus to my surprise even the smaller stickers didn't fly off at some nice speeds wink Suppose I will keep them safe til next year and just add some more...

Gorgeous angel

I remember visiting the Malvern factory when I was about 10. My dad had a 4 seater in the 80's and then a Colin Musgrove tuned 380bhp 4.7l Plus 8....full roll cage, harnesses, oil cooler, full stainless exhaust, hard top, strengthened axles...the works (Some guy in Finland is enjoying it now! frown). Colin came to our house once and singed a copy of a school report I did on Morgans haha.

Would love a trip in a new Aero one day...any offers? laugh
