mazda mx5 pedal extensions.

my wife who is 4 feet ten inches tall, has always wanted an mx5 sport car,when she test drove my mates car, she found it very difficult to reach the pedals,even with the seat fully forward.the other problem being is, she is to close to the steering wheel,does anyone in the uk supply pedal extentions,or does anyone have any sugestions to this problem.

I've never heard of extensions on the market however, have in the past made my own for her idoors who is quite short only on a Honda Prelude many years ago.

My wife has a MX5 mk3 and as no difficulty reaching the pedals without taking the seat fully forward.

Looking at your user name then I'm sure the lads in the machine shop at Tracy Island can knock something up suitable for what you require. I used tha facilities to make something quite often when I worked there many years ago
