Just wondered as the roads around me just seem to be filled with tractors and old farts? Would be nice if it was possible to start a few meets in the Carmarthen or Swansea area as Cardiff/Newport is almost in England and a good hours or more drive away.sonar

I agree here, I'm always looking for pistonheads members in Carmarthenshire area, no one ever replies to the spotted thread of any cars in carmarthen, so they just cant be on here! Haha! Well I'm in Carmarthen myself, and think it'd be great to get some meets going in the area.

I'm not in Carmarthen but it is just as far to go there as it is to the Coldra. So count me in.

Great to have some replys so soon, thanks for the interest (not that I`m putting myself forward as some kind of leadereek) I will keep bumping this topic for a while to get a good sence of "who`s our there!" and maybe with enough interest a meet/cruise could be sorted? Thanks again for the replys, glad to know I,m not all on my own in Carmarthen (near Llandeilo).....so anybody else out there!shout

Wow, small world. Would have been more or less exactly a year ago on a Saturday morning, I remember thinking wow, now that's an MG. yes

Different one Jeff. The one in Combe is a self built jobbie with a 4.6 on a 4 barrel Webber, lightweight body, proper brakes & suspenders etc. Was there again this year in April doing 1:19's. Proper quick. yes

For reference my best in the Griff being as brave as I could was 1:28ish. scratchchin

That wouldn't have been me, never driven Castle Combe but thinking of a session later this year.

So what about a venue?!? any suggestions?!?

How about the White hart in Llanddarog?!? (SA32 8NT)

Good parking, near the A48, good food

Just a thought.

I'll be up for this if yesterdays was anything to go by, haven't laughed that much in years.

Llanddarog is only 20 mins from me too.

How about the last sunday of the month to not clash with the S.Wales one??
