Want to get an old watch repaired - where?

I have an old watch that’s in need of a sympathetic refurb. The watch isn’t of great monetary value but has great sentimental value so I’d like to take it to someone that has a passion for their craft instead of taking it to the highstreet. Any recommendations in the Cardiff/Pontypridd area would be greatly appreciated.
