Ford specialist in/around Cardiff?

Hello there, i'm new to 'the big country'. Does anyone know of a Ford specialist in or around Cardiff? Somewhere between Cardiff and Barry would be ideal, but any recommendations would be most welcome. I'm looking to have my suspension bushes replaced with OEM parts, a wheel bearing replaced and an ABS sensor replaced prior to MOT.

Any help gratefully received.

my brother in law is in brecon he is a ford master tech now set up on his own I wont trust anyone else with my car if you want his no I can e mail it to you
