Sorry if this has been brought up before guys.

The air con on my dad's Focus TDCi needs re-gassing. Apart from taking it to a local dealer, can anyone recommend anywhere to go for this please?

Preferably in Cardiff or not far outside.

Cheers!

kwick fit is the best. no charge if they can't get it a cetain number of degrees cooler (iirc 10degrees). I paid £65 last time and that was vacum test my a/c and refill it fully. as i lost all my refridgerant due to a holed condensor. the a/c worked for about 3 days then went back to poopty air cooled.

probably could have gone gone back and complained that their vacum check obviously didnt pick up the leak, but i never bothered and subsequently sold the car

Just wanted to say Big thanks to Neil (Coolcon) for helping to sort out my old man's air con system. Unfortunately there maybe a problem with the compressor, so an auto electrician is going to look at it next week, but Neil was a top bloke and my dad's boss even asked him to do some of the company's vans when he gets back from hols, so all good.

I've passed your contact details on to friends and mates at our local garage as well. thumbup

Cheers!
