Say, hypothetically, you take your car to an indy in Llanishen that rhymes with Cabbage and Sons you may get your car back scratched, covered in bird sh*t and with brakes worse than when you went in. Your complaints fall on deaf ears too.

Failing that give trading standards a bell and see what they suggest.

Strange, my parents live around that way and often used to get their car serviced there (started going to Yapps after dad bought an Alfa though) and they always seemed alright, doesn't sound like them to ignore complaints like that.

Like I say though, it's been a while.
