Cheap place to get rid of light scratches....
Discussion
Long time lurker - first time poster....
Just took my Octavia VRS down to Wax Works on Brynmenyn Industrial Estate (Bridgend) on the recommendation of a mate. Had a load of scratches all down the front nearside panel and on a ridge on the bonnet as well from a gritty jet wash hose....
Fair play, they buffed and polished them out a treat - took them 45 mins and they jetwashed the car afterwards....
Cost?
£20 !!!!!
Bargain!
Highly recommended if any of you have got some annoying scratches you wanna get rid of!

Shameless plug??
£20 seems cheap for buffing out scratches, my polish alone for doing that cost £20, seems to cheap for some reason, did they use a mop, rotary,DA polisher?
(I am fully aware a rotary and mop are effectively the same thing, but a mop to me is single speed, rotary is varied)

Hi - fully understand why you might think think this might be a plug - but I've put it up here purely because I was pleased with the service and thought I'd spread the word !!
Not sure what polish they used - I was taking my little boy for a walk whilst they were doing it! but they were using a rotary buffer.
Jet-washed the car afterwards as well.
I thought £20 was cheap as well - that's why I thought I'd blab about it !!!!
Cheers
