Track days in and around S Wales
Discussion
Llandow is the most local and is quite fun, even though it's shorter than most tracks

Yes there is a separate karting track at Llandow.
I'm not sure if they do dedicated drift days, but the marshals do allow drifting on the normal track days. When I attended last year there were 3 or 4 guys practicing their drifting. It's fun to watch, but they did get in the way now and again.

Reading from the website it says you have to hold a racing licence to do it do they have track days their when you dont need the racing licence?
You dont need a racing licence for a track day at Llandow (or a noise test). Its easily the most laid back track I have been to (in the UK at least). The briefing is about as short and basic as you wil lever hear.
As said above they just let you get on with things that most other tracks would black flag you for straight away.
Good if you just want a laugh or just to mess around but if you want something a bit more serious head up to Combe

What about Pembrey near Llanelli. Motorsport Events do a day there.
Very strict marshalls, i span there and was hauled off for the rest of the session and given an over the top bking, ffs i didn't try and spin and there was no one in front or behind me. Good circuit but sessioned and marshalls need to calm down.Llandow is amazingly relaxed and a good atmosphere, i've arranged days there in the past and had a top time, wish it was longer though!
Pembrey is so tight Due to the owner Phil. He's a bit stressed about all the what if's. But then again it's His track and his Arse on the line if someone gets injured or worse. He's the Man that gets the shafting in court so you have to understand. Although he did shout at me for putting a wheel of my service van on his precious grass during a Rally there a couple of yesrs ago. I found a swift "F+*k Off" did the trick though! lol
These guys organise some good events throughout the South West

Where abouts are you from ?
I think Llandow is too small for a decent track day, plus i have a few friends demolish a set of tyres on there.
My advice would be an open pitlane at Castle Combe, its a great circuit and not too far over the bridge.
iirc there was a session on the 21st of february but i think that is full now.
