Fitted mine myself, easy as. The most work is running the lead for the mic. and fitting the small 'connect' button. The rest is just removing radio and finding a place for the control box, then connect the plug and play leads and put the radio back in.
Incoming call mutes the radio and self answers after two rings(programmable).
To make a call from your phone book just press 'green' on the small controller and say the name. The Parrot says the name back to you,mutes the radio and dials the number.
Reception is good, to the point where a caller will not always realise your using a carphone.
