A449 traffic?

Hi guys,

The GF is traveling to me in Swansea tonight as the M48 bridge is down to one lane and the other is closed, whats the A449 from Monmouth to Cardiff like? Any snow etc?

Well im in usk, and there is no snow here, so would presume its open. However the severnbridge is now open as of 3:11 today

Had a text from a friend in Monmouth a few hours ago saying the snow was quite bad.

Can't be more specific I'm afraid.

cool cheers guys, i think shes going to go the Monmouth way, hopefully it will be clear enough after having the M4 traffic diverted. she doesn't fancy sitting on the M4 when its down to one lane!
