As far as I know they use the following roads:
B4560 from Beaufort to llangynidr
A4059 from Hirwaun to the A470 (Brecon-Merthyr road)
Watch out for the drops and the sheep!
Two absolute beauties, the B4560 is the one i mentioned in the breakfast club thread, better to catch it early in the morning though, otherwise its full of people more concerned with scenery watching than paying attention to where they're going B4560 from Beaufort to llangynidr

The mobile chicanes are great. +10 points for overtaking one *in* the hairpin hi guys, thanks for the replies!!
i put hirwaun road into google maps and i came up with 2 answers. A is where i am now, but B and C are the options i got...which is the road you mean? would someone be so kind as to mark the start of the road as A, and the end as B?
thanks!!
Ross.
edit: is this the section you mean?

this is the A4059, is this the same as hirwaun road?
cheers!

Which road will you be coming along?
well, we are meeting at beefeater along newport road i think (check in breakfast club thread in s.wales forum), then from there will be going up towards Usk via the turning off the M4 at J23, then up the A466, then to wye valley link road. then start the fun roads pwd95 said:
Crikey, that's a fair old run.
well, as you obviously know the roads, perhaps if you met me and my mate matt around newport area then we could go for a shorter route if you fancied it? i would like to do at least 60-70 miles though. your choice mate, would be good to be shown the roads by a fellow pher Ross.
