Custom Prefect?

I sold my Ford Prefect to a chap called Rob who lived in Cardiff maybe two years ago, Dark green when i sold it, but now has cream lower half, cant get to contact him after his mobile no. changed. I would like to catch up with him or whoever owns it now, to see how it's getting looked after. Reg. no. KSK 397. V6 ford Essex fitted and cream leather. Anybody help.would be very greatful.
