As above, does anybody know how to go about complaining to CCC about the condition of a particular road?

Look in phone book or on internet.

Get address of Council Office.

Write a letter.

Put it in an envelope.

Put a stamp on it.

Put it in a postbox.

Never hear anything again about it.

Ben, have a look on the council's website.

You can complete an online form - Click on "Problem with highway maintenance on this link - http://www.cardiff.gov.uk/content.asp?nav=2875,331...

Or You can try reporting it by ringing Connect 2 Cardiff on 02920 872087 - http://www.cardiff.gov.uk/content.asp?nav=2870%2C3...

Christ the lengths you will go to, just to get people to turn on their FOG lights

Is this particular road FOGGY ? wink

They were pretty good when I complained about a HUGE pothole buckling two of my alloys, they gave me £400 ..... very nice!

Which particular road do you want to complain about? There's plenty of choice to be fair.

newport road. its not so much of a pothole, more like a friggin crater. drive in the direction from town to rumney hill, go past james summers funeral home and 100 yards later, stradling 2 or 3 lanes is this gigantic dip and crest which upsets even the chelsea tractors, so you can imagine it feels like ive just recieved an uppercut from mike tyson in my tin can. It hasn't caused any damage yet, but im sure its reducing the life of everyones shock absorbers

I know the one.

Honourable mentions to the road from Whitchurch to Coryton and 90% of Roath.
