His name is John, I can't remember his surname, his wife runs the company as well.
They are excellent people to deal with most of the motorsport outfits buy from them.
They sell Brembo, Alcon, Pagid, Mintex & AP Racing.
John was a consultant on the latest Land Speed Record that broke the sound barrier. But that was a few years ago!!!

Hi,
I'm pretty sure the Mintex M1144 material is being phased out - it also went under the name of Mintex Extreme. The difference between a good track pad and good road pad couldn't be anymore further apart, making a good "all rounder" very rare. But if you're looking for a good fast road pad, take a look at the Ferodo range. If you're looking for a very high quality standard road pad take a look at the Delphi range, in recent tests, it performed better (in most cases) than all the aftermarket manufacturers and the many of the OE manufacturers. Mintex provide good stopping power, but won't last all that long - they spew out a fair bit of dust... meaning you'll have to clean it more in cold dark winter nights!
