I'm in need of a trustworthy MOT centre somewhere in or near Newport (or up the valley towards Risca/Newbridge/Crumlin) - preferably one where I can just turn up and get the job done while I wait..

cyril rogers in newport, dont know the number, but come of M4 before the tunnels, left on the roundabout then right where the yellowbox is, with speedy tool hire on your right. very good in there, as they just do mots and that only, so arent interested in failing your car for the sake of them getting a 50 quid job in there back pocket
