Seen the sign from the road "10p off a litre if you spen £1 in Johnsons" anybody know if there's a catch?

Was about to post up how this works
Go into supermarket next door and spend over £1, they validate (stamp) your receipt.
Drive out of carpark and over to shell.
Fill up car
Take receipt from supermarket into shell when you pay and they will knock 10p every liter - making deisel about 1.25

Have done this twice this week already...

I've seen the sign there and was curious but alway tought it was a scam. I should get the Landcruiser there and fill up LOL.

I think it's one of the most expensive stations in Cardiff so the 10p off isn't quite as good as it sounds.
