If your going to have it in Llantwit, I recommend The Gateway of/to India, great food in there.

If you fancy a drive afterwards, the road going from Llantwit to St. Brides Major is a nice drive. Just be careful by the Splott Cross, quite a few fatal accidents there.

Ben why don't you make it something like TGI Fridays, great food safe parking and we can get a tunnel run all in???

theres pretty good parking at the curryhouse i have in mind, (the one on the bypass) and lucky us still get to blast through the tunnels on the way home , but really i have unfinished business with the curryhouse as i missed (ok forgot to turn up!) last time. Oh yeah i really want a curry

The Mughal is a good call, in my opinion is the best curry house around these parts and ample parking.
