CD/Radio unit needs repairing - recommendations please

Hi all, the Nissan Radio with integrated 6 CD changer is broken in my 350z. A CD has become jammed in it and now it won't insert, eject or play any CDs. As my warranty expired (on the same day as the issue ) Wessex Nissan in Cardiff said I should pay £1000 for a new one! No chance, so does anyone on here know anyone who is a radio repair specialist or anyboady who is really handy with this sort of thing?

Well personally I'd be kicking up a stink with Nissan.......if it really was the same day as the warranty expired...??

Aye, but Nissan UK are having none of it. I have had no end of trouble with Nissan this week and consider their customer service to be amongst the worst I've ever encountered.
