anyone here used the powder coaters on springvale estate in cwmbran? i need some bits coated and am wondering if thier quality is good, im looking for a shop that pre bakes everything, then can do a first coat, go back 15 mins later and give it what is known as a "wet coat" or second coat(yes i know the powders dry, but its called a wet coat as the powder is strarting to turn) so i can get a glass like gloss finish. be nice if anyones used them before if they can show me a picture of what the work came out like, other wise i may have to send the bits stateside to get them coated to concours finish.

Didnt know there was a powder coater down here! What unit are they in?
Maybe best to pop down there and see if they have any samples of work?

I know someone (DiscoStu on here) who had some powdercoating done somewhere else in South Wales which came out good, i'll give him a little nudge or he may see this thread if he pops in here.

Ugh - Gwent Powdercoaters in Cwmbran.

Nice enough chaps but seldom do black so waiting for ages! They also lost one small part.

Look elsewhere.. apparently the guy who advertises for bike frame coatings in the Freeads is very good.
