Show South Wales Classic Car Sunday 11th May 2008

I know it's a while off but thought I'd give plenty of notice.

This is a good date for your diaries and usually a great show.

I went in 2006 and got sun burnt! Went again in 2007 and froze my b***s off. I wonder what will happen this year

yep iam in will just be back from SoCal on 9th so a jet lag day is needed

It is a very good show. My father is on the commitee of this club and helps organises the entries.
Apparently, entries must be pre '87 or be of some interest to the general public. Now i'm sure most people would qualify in one way or another.

It would be great if a group of us could organise a PH club stand.

Are you both showing this year? I didn't get there last year and thought it was a great day the year before so trying to make a special effort and turn up, thanks for the headsup!!!!!
I might even show if there's room for a Wedgy one

Cheers John ,already got it , did you park up with Steve Jo or did you go in the car with no shell section ...lol. Do you think a pistonheads grouping is possible.

I go minimalist, no doors, no roof just 4 wheels on some scaffolding.

There were plans to hook up with others last year but something went wrong - it was just myself and Jannine.

I'll probably have a trade presence there this year so will be in that section.

Nothing stopping us all meeting at the burger/beer bar though

Hi Al, last year I ended up parked next to a very nice 350 Wedge, quite a sight too, go on bring your wedge!! good idea to have a p`head meet.

Hi Al, the Wedge was up from Swansea, he hadn`t had it long, dont know who he was. I pointed him to this site so maybe he`s on the Wedge forum. Putting new carpet in my S at the moment, Navy Blue axminster, should look nice, then do something about the drivers seat, it looks tired. Catch you later mate
