pure exhuast porn!!!!!!!!

well i popped back to pro speed yesterday and spoke with charlie, he wasnt happy with the system so i asked him to re-tune the system again for me, now this would take a few hours but the exhuast would be at its sweet note point by the end of it, however... charlie had a better idea... after looking over some tubi systems he decided to re -do the whole system again!!!!!
needless to say i was there the entire day again the main reason was that charlie had a baby boy on the weekend and was doing the daddy shows pictures to everyone while working bit ( i know i was the same!!) so it took a little longer than planned.
The system is now a tuned dual silencer system with single split feed entry. It is due to be seam grinded and polished up this week and then re-fitted to the car.
on the way home it sounded absoloutely evil, i thought the other system was nice as it was now starting to bite, but this is just pure evil off the bat, there is no problems with back pressure etc, the turbo spools fine, and both silencers are balanced.
I really was happy before but i have to say charlie and his team are basically consumate professionals, and are not happy unless the customer is happy.
I cannot reccomend them enough now, for them to take the time to sort this out for me is amazing, i took up a ramp for a whole day and basically took up the time he could have fitted another 3-5 customers in that day.
At every point of the buuild he kept me informed of what was going on, and where things were going, made sure i was happy with positioning by allowing me in the workshop to swee things in progress also.
At the end of the day you can faul the workmanship and time that went into.........

hi woody.. i didnt make the tunnels i was very tired and very sore by the end of the day, i just needed to get home and rest.
im going to take her out for a spin tomorrow sometime and go through some of the tunnels near me .
i have to honest i would rather the left hand pipe not have the flange on it and be a single pipe like the otherside but due to the feed pipes in the way its not possible at the moment, but i may have those re-worked in the new year also, will see what charlie says.
i may also move the system around a bit for the next one im not sure, but yep she sounds nice and wont take long to bed right in!! a right little screamer she is now..

A little rattle had developed on the system they built me a couple of months back - turned out to be a bracket - Charlie and Woody had it sorted in minutes - no fuss, no bother and no charge. Top service.
But then this isn't any old exhaust system, this is a superbly crafted, finely balanced, highly polished stainless steel "ProSpeed" exhaust system.

yep charlie and the boys are great, im going back shortly to have some new studs and bolts on my manifold and to have another system made, going to have a kreissieg f1 style system made, i have got two of these on the way they are butterfly valve bypass exhuast valves run by actuators instead of a vacum system
with a manual switch in the cabin that will route the exhuast to straight pipes and do a silencer bypass with two micro resonance chambers one on each pipe i have also ordered a set of kreissieg tail pipes be nice to hear the car scream!

Hi Big Si, any reason for choosing DMH electric cut-outs over the other makes. Ordering a pair next week don't know which ones to go for, didn't realise there is so many makes to choose from.
yes, theyw ere the obnly ones to get back to me and to answer all my mundane questions, i was also able to see some spec sheets on them, and they have some addons for them at a later date.t-pot
