80 ton limit in the tunnels

Spotted tonight, these signs just before the bridge before the terrible twins. I was West bound but assume they are east bound as well? Maybe tank transporters going to the hills but what the heck is 80 tons on the road nowadays? Large sandwich order? Supply of knickers for a Tom Jones gig? Or fresh supply of oil for Caroline Street?
