Black Evo 8 Unmarked Police Car on Prowl

South Wales police have been out and about in their black Evo 8 undercover police car.

It was seen last night near j32 on the m4, it had pulled somone over and had police in red led's in the rear window and blue lights hidden at the front.

Its quite quick, but I found it couldnt hold with the Caterham along the B roads and after a few miles trailed back. The helicopter was rather good at keeping up tho fair play.

is the an 04 plate, with red mud flaps?

I've seen the evo on a crash scene on the m4. It didn't look right with the light flashing.
