You could try asking Chepstow Racecourse. I think they have a large piece of tarmac beside the horse track.

Were trying to get that area for some drifting, apparently a farmer owns it and only charges 50 pound per day, no luck in tracking down the farmer yet but if i do i will pass on the info to you.

Checked it out a few weeks back, it is absolute huge and would be great for some practice, there is also a smaller area the opposite side that has some turns, we also checked this out and with a clean up it would be great.

Here is a photo of the large runway which we are after..

And zooming in you can see the other area which could be used as a course or 3rd gear drifting...

The course type area has a security guard, but when we approached the hut....nobody was found to be there or anywhere near, which sucked as info on the area would have been great.

I'll try Tony @ Llandow for info - he owns most of the Land aroudn there and i know WCCC use the patch of tarmac opposite the track .

I'll report back.

It's got locked gates, the front ones looking pretty new, rear gates looking very old and world war 2 sort of age, so can't just take cars on, would be a bit cheeky too.
