My brothers Nissan 200sx S14 has just been stolen from workshops by the bridge on Penarth Road, Cardiff.
The reg is M*** PEP. It is an unusual red colour, a bit like Rosso red. It is quite standard.

Two young men went into his workplace and stole the keys. They pulled up in a black Fiesta Reg No X697 HDW which looks like it was stolen as the stereo was ripped out and it has been abandoned where he works.
Police are on the way now but I would appreciate it if you could keep your eye out for the car.

That certainly sucks, any news yet? Sounds like someone was watching for the car, how would they know where the keys were? atleast he was not arround when it happened, cars can be replaced smile

I remember being at a dealers a few years ago just a few mins after something similar happened there, the car was in the cleaning bay and 2 guys just drove round the back and took it.

They were caught on CCTV and the police certainly seem to know who they are. No recovered car yet though frown

An absolute bummer, sorry to read this.

One of the most annoying thing is, the guys who stole the car probably don't give a damn. They stick two fingers up to the law! They know if they get caught they'll probably get community service that they won't turn up for, a fine they won't pay and likely steal a car to get home from court - that's if they turn up in the first place!

I'd like to see them forced into some sort of labour camp with a tough routine. Make them assemble hand grenades or something explosive. Being scumbags they will probably forget to put the pin in and blow their bloody hands off.

hi guys yep its my car they got furious i cant believe they actually got away with it i was in an office about 20feet away from the room where my keys were.
its quite a strange series of events that took place, first of all small red car pulled up outside work at 10am. one of the boys drove outside on a forklift truck, the red car was in the way of where he wanted to go in the yard. so he had to wait for this car to reverse out of the way (this was next to my car by the way)in this car was a female driver and a male passenger with a baseball cap on. about ten minutes later i had a mobile call so i walked outside of my unit next door to answer the call when i saw a 18 to 20 year man with the same base ball cap on getting into a black fiesta he looked at me as he got into the car and slowly drove off. it the drove down the road and into an overflow car park to the side of the building at this point the guy was still on the forktruck outside and noticed this same guy as before, when he saw my work mate he turned away and pretended to get back into the fiesta.
but the guy on the forktruck did not think anything unusual of this as we share the car park with a body shop and quite often cars come and go with different drivers dropping off cars. he went inside for a few minutes, when he came back out he saw the guy getting into my car but at the time he did not realise this was my car as i have only had it for a few weeks.
it turns out the fiesta they left was stolen, what makes it worse is the fact that i was only a few seconds away from catching him taking my keys

yeh if i catch the scum i will give him a joy ride he will never forget shoot
i found out today that he was seen in the factory next door to us a few weeks ago, upon being asked what he was doing there he asked if there were any jobs going {then made a sharp exit outside into a red car driven by a girl} so by the sounds of it this is how he scopes out places to steal keys from.
i think he lives very locally due to the fact that he was seen in strangetown hammering my car censored

I saw a red S14 late night at Tesco's Pengham Green. I was in the Amazon or would have at least try to give chase.

Sorry to hear about your car,I know how you feel, had my Honda Blackbird stolen, and my house broken into in the past,it is a terrible feeling.Your tolerance with people will dwindle away now,as you know you cannot trust the scum bags that run the streets looking for easy prey, their next bit of cash for their addiction, etc. The Police are too busy with too many other crimes to worry about your car,and hey, dont worry, its insured!Lets catch em,tie them to our bumpers, and play chicken!

The car has just been found abandoned in Monmouth. Phil is just waiting for the recovery company to call with vehicle condition later this evening.
