Had a Design Team meeting in Brynamman this afternoon and on my arrival at 2.30 the weather was awful, pouring with rain, soaking wet roads frown ......to my surprise when I walked outside at 5 o'clock there were blue skies and dry tarmac evil

So.....decided to take the long way home which involves driving the mountain stretch between Brynamman and Llangadog.....what a road! I'm sure loads of you have driven this at some time.

The first stretch prior to where I took the photos is so open across the top of the mountain that despite all the twisties you can still see if the road is clear

Dave, take a look at this weeks Autocar, they appear to have discovered our "SECRET" road.

There is also a video on their website of the road testers having some fun in the Atom etcsmile

Another meeting on the same project today but did the road on the way there, not the way home, so it's in the opposite direction this time......and a couple more pics wink

The base of the ascent....

At Tro Gwcwr (Cuckoo's Bend).....

Over the summit.....

The barriers are there for good reason and some are quite battered......
