so if your thinking about coming to cardiff today take the bus or train, been stuck in the traffic for 30 mins already. there is a carnival and it's turned most roads into a very large carpark

im about to go down to st mellons now, so going down the m4 to cardiff gate and up the a48, is it bad there do you know?

I have no idea what today will be like, but it is the big weekend so trafic and people numbers will be more than usual.
