My band are playing a gig in Newport at the brand new Riverfront Theatre on Sat July 21st, and wondered if any fellow PHers would be interested in coming along. Tickets are a hefty £17.50 (not my decision), and I'm not even getting paid!

There'll be Capitol Gold DJ Tony Wright narrating the history of the band, with film and photos, and we'll be recreating the songs for you all in between. Should be a fun evening hopefully!

Apologies again for the plug wink

Bloody hell, I can see Jethro Tull for that. Bit steep for me but good luck with the gig. I understand the Beach Boys are just becoming big in Newport. wink

I totally agree guys! It's a ridiculous price in my mind, but the guy organising it has stuck his own money in and hasn't even broken even with 75% of tickets sold.

Thanks for replying though smile
