Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (Johnson & Johnson) - OCD, are relocating from the GE site which is just off Junction 32.
I understand that the cost of renting their current facility off GE is huge due to it being a Nuclear Registered site.

If it is a Sir Robert McAlpine site then it is a Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical facility.

The rent isn't too bad, but J&J were only on the GE site due to an historical sell off. Also GE also very nearly went into direct competion with the aquisition of Abbott.

Just down the road from that monstrosity is an old farm. The farmer was refused planning to convert one of his barns to living accommodation.

Ironic or what?
