On the Cardiff bay link road, before the Leckwith exits, both directions. The speed limit has also been reduced to 50 mph. Almost caught me out last night shoot

Is that limit change a permanant or a temporary one? If it's permanant then rolleyes, that road was easily good for 70mph

Hold your breath and pray the ECJ holds in favour of O'Halloran. There will be an announcement on the 29th June 09:30 in Strasburg and a press conference in London with regard to the ECJ ruling in Section 172 of The Road Traffic Act 1988.

Currently when a notice of intended prosecution is sent out for the likes of a speed camera offence a request for information accompanies which comes by way of s.172

Failure to comply with the request is a criminal offence.

O'Halloran have challenged the offence with the ECJ who have previously ruled that in criminal charges it is not permissable to request information that incriminates. However, if this case fails to destroy the money making machine's used in the name of Road Safety then there are three other cases pending Idris Francis, Mathew Middleton, Paul Burgess-James and, another awaiting.

Update to the ECJ findings.

They will be announcing the outcome of both O'Halloran and Idris Francis on Friday 29th June. The aforementioned will be announced outside of the Grand Chamber 09:30 08:30 UK Time. This will then be followed by a press conference in London held by Idris Francis, O'Holloran and Francis's legal team who will also present evidence to prove the ineffectiveness of the camera's and the UK judiciaries hold on the money making scam.

I will be attending the press conference by invitation.
