Local BMW Specialist (servicing)?

Friend wants to get his 02 5 series serviced....we know of Promotive, any other recommendations?

Newport area would be ideal.

never used them but everytime I have spoken to them they have been superb and they do have a decent reputation

Just remebered AutoTech in Caerleon have a very good reputation. May suit you better as they're closer but personally, I've had no experience with them! Just a thought....

Have spoken to B&R and they sound great with reasonable cost so will be using them - thanks again!

Have been using B&R also for the past 2 years. Great service and jobs always done well. The only problem is they're getting too popular so it takes days before they can even look at your car, so in that respect please go elsewhere
